Toyota aimed to improve audience retention through a refreshed approach to CRM design. As part of the wider creative team, I was responsible for developing a range of CRM assets that delivered key CMC updates and supported major campaigns such as Toyota Relax and the launch of their hybrid technology. Each design was created with a focus on clarity, brand consistency, and visual impact, ensuring the messaging stood out and connected with the audience.

Additionally to CRM, I also designed a variety of supporting materials including postcards, leaflets, and social banners. These assets played a key role in reinforcing the refreshed creative direction, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience across different channels.
